Growing up in a notorious motorcycle club sounds like fun, yeah?

It was for a time. I was the Rebel Skull’s cherished and protected little MC princess. My childhood was storybook perfect. In my world, nothing bad existed. My days were spent on the back of my dad’s bike or playing in the woods with my grandfather. Together we battled bad guys and slayed dragons.

And then tragedy struck.

I didn’t know that there were bad guys in real life. Dangerous ones with no moral compass.

Now, their little princess is nothing but angry.

Angry because no one warned me about the harsh reality of life. No one prepared me for this level of pain. And that’s how my secrets begin. I had to find my own way to rid myself of the poison running through my veins.

With each drop of blood that spills, it dulls the ache but never erases the pain.

That is until someone comes along who isn’t afraid of my thorns. No, he presses his flesh right up against them. He thinks he can just walk in and jumpstart my broken heart.

Unfortunately, I’m not the only one he must go through to get to it.

best MC series out there

I happened upon the Rebel MC series a few months ago and absolutely fell in love with all of the characters. I truly hope to read about everyone down the road.

Amazing

Another amazing book. Though I loved Billie Rose and Elijah’s story I do feel like there are so many other stories that are missed and would have like to heard before this one before Billie Rose became and adult.

Smitten all the way

There are a lot of triggers for this entire series. I have listened to every book at least five times. I re-listen to them when the author is getting ready to release a new one. It is a very captivating series and the character development is :chef’s kiss: magnificent. Everyone’s a hero, but everyone has a very dark side. I can’t say which character I love more because they are all so good. The intensity of the intimacy, 🌶️! Everyone of these books keeps me on the edge of my seat with a full range of emotions.

I feel later enjoyed this series of books. The characters are great and the follow through with the books onto the next books with all the characters being now are great follow through.

Just as emotional listening as it was reading it

This story is one of the most emotional books I've read. I was excited to have it on audiobook so I could revisit these characters again. The contrast between Jessie and her daughter's story is what really makes this story so incredible. It brings to light how our parents early life experiences can impact our own life (sometimes in a good way and sometimes in a negative way). The scenes between mom/father and daughter were honestly some of my favorite. This entire series is one that I wish more people would discover.

The narration is good, but this would have been great as a duet narration.
