Clyde and his little brother Cash only have one job this Halloween: stay at Maw-Maw’s old swamp house and keep her company. Easy… until the sun goes down.

Maw-Maw swears the Rougarou doesn’t hunt on full moons — it hunts on Halloween, when people act their worst and the swamp wakes up hungry. Clyde laughs it off… but the house starts knocking from underneath the floor, something drags across the beams, and a voice in the fog whispers their names.

The longer the night goes, the more the swamp feels alive — watching, breathing, waiting.

Clyde’s job was to watch over his maw-maw and protect his brother.
