I am someone who tends to procrastinate, but after hearing Kayla interviewed on a podcast I was fired up to add rucking to my workout routine! I started listening to the book on audible and ordered a ruck. Two months later I am still at it! It's added a nice challenge to my outdoor bay walks and gym workouts. I love all of the nutritional insights that she provides along with modifications for people who follow different eating plans. There's so much extra reference material for food and workout plans that I plan to purchase a physical copy as well! In only 2 months time I've suddenly been getting compliments that my posture has improved and I look more toned. My younger sister has even come along for the ride and started rucking as well.
