In SOLO: Homeward, Book III, Val continues his homeward trek through the California Bay Area and Inland. During his harrowing journey he encounters other survivors, confronts new threats on land and sea, and learns to adapt to the violent new world he has stumbled into.

Great series but...

I loved this series and glad a third entry was was written to draw it to an end. If this had been narrated by a decent professional reader it would have been so much better. I would love to listen to again in the future if it's re-read by a good narrator. Would also like to see a continuation with the family going back to link up with Alex and her family.
