Excellent background on the forces shaping recent political, and to some degree, economic thinking. Breezy read and fairly accurate given my recollection of events at the time.

Tendentious

Early chapters on Friedman and Samuelson are interesting and fair. Later chapters on Reagan, Thatcher, economic crisis of 2008 are in my opinion incorrect and tendentious.
