Compacted story line

A sweet novella but a drawn out beginning that needed to move along. Once it did it seemed rushed and predictable. I love Scarlett Scott, and really thought Sarah’s story would have more intrigue.

Parents & sister were just too evil IMO

Parents choosing her vicious conniving sister & to scheme with her to betray Sarah by stealing/tricking Sarah's only suiter to cover prego sister was just too much. It detracted from the romance to see how wholly despicable her family is.
