Secrets In The Cottage by Nicole Gardner

After finding a skeleton key going through her fathers things when he passes away. Daphne Sullivan sets out to find out who her birth mother really was. The journey begins in a small town of Rosemary Mountain in Tennessee. Daphne has a few ‘second sight’ (clairvoyance) moments. Nicole did a good job of having you guessing of who is guilty and question what is truth or not from the towns people. A typical small town full of gossip everyone knows everyone’s business except the secrets that have been hidden for so long. The murder that happens and suspecting every person in the town.

This was a good murder suspense mystery but subplot of romance between her and Emerson. While we get closure on the current murder and happenings. Her looking for what really happened to her mother is not resolved.

🎧 single narration by Lexi Lauren. She did a good job at the voice changes to differentiate between characters.
