Not Quite the FAQ format, but ...

It started out loosely as an FAQ, but quickly drifted into just tossing out helpful info. Some of the info is a little outdated (only due to publication date). Since there was still valuable info, it was easy to stick with the book and even take notes all the way through to the end.
