Insightful and forward

Author made points concisely and repetition was only done to add emphasis or to further add context. The summary after each chapter made not be able to grasp everything during the chapter not overwhelming as you know a quick recap will come at the end. Excellent writing.

Wonderful and necessary

I loved this book. I highly recommend this book for any and all leaders. It’s a must read in my opinion.
