But when the bodies begin to pile up, she is sucked back into her former life and forced to work alongside her old flame, Officer Christian Santiago, and current love interest, outsider and detective, Noah Freedman.

With time running short and the fear of another child abduction looming, Ellen is tasked with the burden of finding the serial killer before he can shatter apart someone else’s life the way he has her own.
