Snowed In at Harper's Inn

Lacie is organized and outlines everything in her life to the minute. One thing she doesn’t plan on? Her fiancé breaking up with her the morning they’re going to leave for a Christmas getaway at Harper’s Inn.

Devastated, not wanting to vacay alone, Lacie begs her best-friend-since-birth, Jared Kingston, to take her ex’s place and come with her.

Magic has been rumored to exist at the inn. The best friends play it off until, after jokingly naming their snowman Parson Brown, Lacie and Jared hear the packed man of snow pronounce them husband and wife from beneath its carrot nose.

Their world flips. Everyone at the inn thinks they’re actually married. The room Lacie booked for herself no longer exists. Even her driver’s license has changed to display Jared’s surname instead of her own. When the snow flurries in, trapping all the guests in the mountainside resort for the holiday, Lacie and Jared have no choice but to bunker down and wait out the storm.

Do they risk accepting Harper’s Inn’s magical interference and seeing if there’s more between them? Or is pursuing this snowman-sanctioned marriage going to destroy their friendship for good?
