Edited phrases left in and repeated!!

The editing of this delightful variation was horrible! Sentences that were re-written were LEFT IN the story, and entire scenes were repeated in subsequent chapters (with better set-up). Some of the repetition in phrase does appear to relate (viscerally) the monotonous nature of caregiving, or the slow buildup to the sharing of true feelings… but not sure it was worth THAT many repetitions.
