A spiritual journey to authenticity and back to wholeness can sometimes be a lonely one. I find it’s lonely because if we had a mentor we wouldn’t develop self trust and self reliance. With that said sometimes it can get so dark that we forget others are going through it too. We also forget that we can and will get to the other side.
