A technical recruiter's guide to performing technical screening of Java developers.

This book includes real-life screening questions and conversations that will help recruiters match candidate's resumes to Java development job descriptions; it’ll prepare recruiters for asking questions of their candidates to ascertain level of expertise. In order to ask these questions effectively, the recruiter must first understand the technologies, right? This is why this book also starts off describing the principles of Java development using areas of development, categories of Java developers, description of the different frameworks tools, and how they are used. This is so that the listener has a grand view of the makeup of Java development before delving into the kinds of technical screening questions to ask Java developers.

The goal of this series is to increase the rate at which technical recruiters are able to realistically match candidates to job descriptions, and the confidence to communicate unrealistic technical requirements goals to hiring managers.
