How to Apologize & How to Forgive

This book addresses every aspect of apologizing including every inhibition or “what if” exception I’ve ever experienced or thought of. The chapters on forgiveness -especially on forgiving yourself- were an unexpected added bonus. This book is so very helpful and I can already see it changing the way I apologize and forgive.

Learning what others expect

Listening to this book has helped me understand what I need to hear as well as what others need from me. Opening the lines of communication and being willing to apologize in others apology languages, is a real thing needed so relationships could grow.
