I loved this book so much!! The author is amazing, non judgmental, human, and everything good! I enjoyed this book, and have learned many invaluable lessons! I recommend this book to everyone, no matter what challenge you’re going through, this will help you! I have started helping myself, and doing things I was never able to start doing! My husband is so impressed with me as well, he can tell it’s working! I told him to listen to this book as well, I’m going to listen to this again with him. For me, when I purchased this book, I was in a very low place. I was aware that I am depressed, lack of motivated, sleep walking through my days could not go on. Dr. Nerurkar's story is wonderfully woven into the diamonds in this book. For me, it adds credibility to her advice that she shares her own journey with stress, anxiety and backs up her findings with facts. It is inspiring how she found a successful way toward recreating resilience and healing in her life and those of her patients. I have already sent the book as a gift to a friend.
