I have read a number of books on meditation and breathwork and this one is my favorite. The rest were too technical, but this one is not to complicated so as to overthink the whole thing. The techniques are powerful and have been effective for me. It is turning out to be the best addition to my daily routine especially in the morning. It also got me a great deal more interested in the ways of integrative medicine.
