Good Mystery Series

Okay, this one got by me and I guessed wrong at who done it. Good series so far. I'm looking forward to the last book in the series.

Pronunciation

The narration is fine and the story is good but the way the narrator pronounces the main characters name is so irritating!! Her name is Danae. The narrator pronounces it Dana-e with a long e sound. It should be like Dah-nay! Doesn't anyone listen to the recording to check it?

The reader should be able to pronounce Louisiana names

Good story, but listening to the reader pronouncing Danae as Danuhee when it should be pronounced Duhnay. So grating!

Easy Listening

I only have one comment which is the narrators pronunciation of the sister's name. Danae. This performer is saying Dan ay ee. The correct pronunciation is De- nay. I've not even finished but every time she says "Dan-a-ee" is just sets me on edge.

Main character name mispronounced constantly

The constant mispronunciation of the main character’s name is a constant aggravation. Surely this is not a real person reading this book! Why was this not corrected? Denae is pronounced ‘Denay’ not ‘Dan a ee’.
