Very Informative

This book was very informative and provided some suggestions for diet change in order to lower the LDL cholesterol and increase the HDL cholesterol. The main thing, however, was that it was sometimes difficult to follow being a novice to the healthy eating world, and the technical terms made it more difficult to understand. The summary at the end made all of the excessive word usage during the book more understandable at the end.
