The Bogatyr & the Cursed Parcel

Someone is playing games with the Bogatyr Knight. They sent him a parcel containing a cursed book, forcing him to hunt down the hag that lives in Silkrest Swamp, a task far more dangerous than it first appears. But who sent him the cursed parcel and why?
