If you’re having any issues with breastfeeding or mom guilt, definitely find another source of information that won’t make you feel worse (and/or want to throw your audiobook out the window). If you’re able to overlook the Judgy McJudgerson tone of the authors, though, this book does have a lot of helpful breastfeeding information.

Wow, is this book judgy.
