It's the first in a spinoff series following Harper's brothers (from Falling for Your Best Friend). You don't need to have listened to the Love Clichés series first to enjoy this book.

What is the best deal you’ve ever gotten for your investments?

Pat’s dad bought a town! Even better it is the town his ex girlfriend lived in. Tank said he bought the town for his family, is there a chance Pat and Lindy could be a family? What about Jojo? Who will she live with?

From the first southern accent to the end. Very cute. Delightful. Feel good. A lot of great characters.

this book has me grinning from ear to ear!! it was so good and hilarious. I liked the narrators acent, it made it all the more authentic. I loved this book!

I love this book!! Sweet, romantic, cute! Also, you’re not in the middle of a sweet romance scene and get hit in the face with x-rated sex. I’m waiting for my next Audible credit, but can’t wait to start the next book in the series.
