The Charisma Myth is a must for anyone wishing to improve their public speaking and interpersonal skills.
The insights Olivia provides have helped me for speeches, important presentations, and especially in everyday life.
I've found the strategies to be most interesting part of the book, especially ones touching on getting in the right mindset before presentations, reframing negative experiences, and using tools like music and gratitude journaling to your advantage.

It would not be a stretch to call this book the modern-day How to Win Friends and Influence People. A permanent addition to my library.

Of all the (many) books I’ve read on charisma and communication, this one has been the most useful by far. Practical, clear, and useful. Read it before any big life event to get in the right state.
