A trilogy I never knew I needed to read

I have never heard of these books and happened to see an ad on Facebook of all places. So I figured I'd try it out since it was three books for one credit. And I am so glad that I did.

Most series that I read I never want to end. Or when they do end I feel there is more to be told. I feel that this trilogy was very well done. The progression throughout the story was done in the perfect way.

No spoilers but I would strongly recommend this trilogy to anyone who likes fantasy. It is not your typical format of most stories. A nobody poor kid becomes a hero. Not that there is anything wrong with that. But this story puts a nice fresh spin on that and on Dragons.

That all being said about the story let's touch on the narration of the tale. It was excellent. I wasn't sure how it would be for three books but I enjoyed it very much. The different tones of voices, accents and inflection was superb. I'd like to say thank you and job well done to both the author and the narrator.

Truly Dragon like!

The most honest depiction of likely Dragon character, entwined with great individual definitions of all the possible races, and their personalities . Fears, loves, sadness, of both relief and resignation, a world is less at the end of this but greater for it.

I also liked this as i was able to get all 3 in one complete story. I love questions at the end of a story not cliffhangers, this trilogy completes.

The book was good but the narrator made it awesome. The narrator is beyond words!!

the second and third books are very nice. The first not as nice. I would have liked to see the dragon king learn his final lesson differently
