The underground dream trade is growing hotter by the second, and the Dream Merchant's top delivery girl Jesse Davison wants out. She knows the ugly truth - that playing around with dreams can drive you crazy, or worse.

Strange things begin happening as she investigates the circumstances surrounding her mother's death in the sleepy mill town of Williamsville. Her ex-boyfriend Will's father remembers her in an instant, despite his sudden and severe dementia. Her realtor Tom disappears into thin air, and his assistant claims to have killed him. Worse, an accident with the Dream Merchant literally binds Will and Jesse together so there is no avoiding the way she feels about him.

As the crimes begin to mount, Jesse realizes that Will's memories, too, have been tampered with, and it's only a matter of time before the thief comes for her.
