When one of Cody Falco’s undercover assignments goes terribly wrong, she comes to the aid of Callie, a young teen with a rough past. Despite their own struggles, Cody and McKenna open their hearts and home to Callie.

At the same time, Dakota and Jazmine take a teen in trouble off the streets, hoping to give her the second chance she deserves. With no family of her own, she is vulnerable to those who would want to harm her.

Wynter and Remi have just returned from Haiti with their newly adopted children. But as the children settle into their new life, they continue to struggle with the loss of their parents in the devastating earthquake that ravaged their hometown.

It’s not long before outside influences threaten to tear these new families apart; old wounds are opened, and legal red tape hampers the fresh start they all so desperately need.
