A beginner’s guide

This book wasn’t bad. It wasn’t as in depth as I would’ve liked. It’s more of a beginners guide to frequency. If you’re advanced via meditation/metaphysics you’ll find a lot of the material redundant. However, there are some nuggets hear and there as you listen.
