The Holy Spirit, the third person of the Trinity in Christian theology, is fully divine and shares the same essence as God the Father and God the Son (Jesus Christ). Through the Holy Spirit, Christians experience a closer relationship with God, grow in spiritual maturity, and fulfill their divine purpose.
