The conspiracy to overthrow the government of the United States takes another turn when two American students are kidnapped on a train to Istanbul. Dono, who has just gone to Europe on his honeymoon, finds that he and Maggie must rescue the students because their parents are respected GOP senators. Unfortunately, the CIA and FBI are both unable to help because of the political and administrative mess they are suffering. Consequently, Dono must rely on his CTU team and the trusty MQ-9 middle-size drone--Elvira.
