When a new family member comes along that could potentially replace him, he begins to have feelings of jealousy and anger. When he realizes he is being selfish, Little Ogre goes to a talking horse, who gives him guidance on how to deal with his negative feelings.

Very well done!

I’m a children’s author myself so I know how hard it is to successfully execute a rhyming book like this. Holt hit it out of the park again! My son is four years old and he’s already in love with the jealous little ogre. The narrator Devin has the most amazing voice as well.

Simply adorable! Such a sweet story. My little ones enjoyed it so much! The narrator’s voice is great too.

A cute little rhyming story, for young children, dealing with the acceptance of a new sibling.

Both the author and narrator did a fine job, which made for an enjoyable listen.
