Cole Mercer came to Panama Beach to lay low.

Bouncing at a beachfront nightclub during spring break should have been simple. Loud music. Drunk tourists. Easy money.

Then a woman runs into a hotel room with three armed men chasing her.

Six years ago her brother vanished during spring break. The police called it an accident.

Mercer doesn’t.

Soon he discovers a hidden network beneath the busiest strip in town—old service tunnels connecting the marina to the resorts above.
