Audio quality was unbearable

I started on the story enthusiastically, and still find that it has potential. However the audio recording dropped oof to some form of low mumbling, which I could only follow with difficulty. That made listening to the book in my car, which I always do on commutes, an unenjoyable experience. I had to return the book.
