shouldn't be the first book you read on the subject but great for practitioners

Narrator was hard to listen and follow. The contents of the book however were great, Ill need to get the hard copy to follow up on what was said

Amazing book. Absolutely essential. I only wish she had written a sequel pertaining to the paths. There is tremendous depth here. I will be listening until it is part of me.
