McKenzie and Brian Franklin are in their mid-20s, childless by choice and financially stable.
However, sometimes their finances take a hit and McKenzie gets one of her rather frequent speeding tickets.
Before they were married, they agreed that when necessary, Brian could resort to spanking if he felt it was in in McKenzie's best interests. Nonetheless, he has been reluctant to do so.

That is………until the most recent ticket that was the last straw.
