Roses, it turns out, are not perfect. But Frederick learns that they are real, fragile, and entirely worth sacrificing for. With Lady Rose’s time to choose a husband coming to a swift end, can the two of them find a way to fight for the happiness they both desire?

Painful narration

The story was sweet! The characters were appealing. But I can’t imagine that the voice for the hero was what the author has in mind. He sounded like dandy of the worst kind. Not at all appealing.

Sweet delightful clean Regency romance

I adored this sweet Regency romance! Frederick is such a great MMC—caring, sweet, honorable, a tease. I loved how Rose was trying to overcome the inner struggle to always be perfect to society’s eyes, and that Frederick helped her on her journey to being more herself.
Definitely recommend this sweet Regency story!
