The Silent Country is a vast and beautiful wilderness, a place which holds secrets and stories that are rarely spoken. I really enjoyed the story and the depiction of outback Australia. Maxim Topov lives in a world all his own.

Probably the worst Audible book I have ever tried

I am one hour in and cannot imagine 14 more hours of this nauseating narrator and unbelievably slow development of characters and plot.
