AI virtual voice ruins it

I wish I had looked to see this book was narrated by "virtual voice" AI before I bought it. it's terrible. The story seems like it could be interesting, but I will never know since I can't continue to listen to the truly horrible narration, and won't continue to read it out of protest. I buy audio books to listen while driving, walking, or doing work around the house, and I go through quite a few of them. But when it sounds this bad I just move on to something else, and will not buy something from that author again. I wish I could figure out how to lodge a complaint and ask for my money back from Amazon. It might not be much for one AI book, but it's starting to add up since these authors or their publishers might think this is a great way for them to save/make money and I'm finding it more often. But a bad product will lose in the long run.

Authors: please do not use this narration method! it will only hurt your career since people will just stop reading/listening to your books. You are doing yourself and your readers a disservice.
