WELCOME TO YOUR MASTER COURSE IN NONPROFIT LEADERSHIP EXCELLENCE

Nonprofits are in a leadership crisis. According to the Harvard Business Review, one-third to one-half of new CEOs fail in their first eighteen months on the job.

The Ultimate Guide for New Nonprofit CEOs is a must-have for nonprofit CEOs and their boards to defy those dismal odds and succeed. In this audiobook, Brian Quail unlocks the secret to long-term leadership excellence.

You’ll learn:

• the powerful blueprint for your first ninety days on the job;

• how to raise revenue beyond what you thought was otherwise possible;

• how using the Five Frameworks can solve your nonprofit’s biggest problems;

• to analyze numbers like a pro—even if you don’t like numbers;

• effective strategies to build your dream senior management team;

• how to use the Three Ts and Three Gs to measure and improve nonprofit performance.

The aftermath of the coronavirus, global economic uncertainty, and geo-political instability mean it’s more difficult than ever for today’s nonprofits to reach their ambitious goals. The Ultimate Guide for New Nonprofit CEOs is your foundation to leave a lasting leadership legacy and a timeless guide for CEOs who strive to meet the greatest needs of their communities. If you seek to fulfill your nonprofit’s mission and achieve extraordinary fundraising results during times of crisis as well as abundance, then this audiobook is for you.

As someone who works with nonprofit leaders at all stages of their careers, I'm always on the lookout for solid, practical tools that will be helpful -- and this is a great one. While the book is written for new CEOs, the material it contains provides examples, methods, tools, and processes through a framework model for anyone in leadership. Whether someone is entering their first or their tenth nonprofit CEO role, there will be something in Brian's book that will be an Aha! moment, something that you can't believe you hadn't already thought of and can't wait to implement. It's a primer, of the very best kind.

A great primer for Nonprofit Leaders!

Running a non-profit organization effectively is a very nuanced and uniquely challenging assignment. If only there was some kind of manual that you could follow to make sure you are stewarding all the parts effectively. Oh wait! There is! It's this book!

I think this book has three potential audiences. First, the new non-profit CEO, as the title of the book suggests. Second, the non-profit leader who is considering becoming a CEO. And third, veteran CEOs who may have lost sight of some of the basics. This book is a solid reminder of all of the things wrapped up in the non-profit CEO's job.

It's a playbook, especially for the first 90 days. and it's narrated by the author, which makes it authentic for two reasons. First, he has credibility as a proven non-profit leader. And second, there's nothing like hearing an audible book that is narrated by the author themselves.

super practical
