There was great potential with this book. The quality of writing, in itself, was good unlike the plot. We don’t know how to feel toward the main character…sympathetic, frustrated, confident? Mostly, this book made me hopeful that I would be wowed by the surprise I had been waiting for. At some point, I tried to think of the many clever ways this book could end. Given the writer’s overall talent, I’m only disappointed that she didn’t use that talent toward its conclusion. I will say that the narrator was flawless.

She's Done It Again!

Tarryn has a way of filling your head with all the ways her books will end... and BAM.... she flips it! This was an amazing read! I started it in the morning and finished it by 4pm! The way Tarryn writes is absolutely incredible... I can see in vivid color (in my crazy head) the exact scenes as they play out. This will be a book I go back and read on numerous occasions to see what I have missed.

Surprised...!

At first I was like a few of the previous reviewers, not sure I was willing to wade through an entire book with such a gullible and weak main character. I’m glad I gave it a chance as it was so worth the initial angst. I highly recommend this book as entertaining and mind bending. I think this book rates almost 5 stars.
The narrator was incredible.
I look forward to reading more by this author.

WOW

I have been reading very "average" books after books. I've been waiting for a real psychological thriller to come along and totally wow me. Well, this was it! I HIGHLY recommend this book if you like guessing games. Just when you think you have it all figured out, something else will happen that will surprise you and add new twists to the plot; right up until until the very end!
