Victoria Stratton tried to heal her broken heart by working. When she was focused on saving her father's legacy, she couldn't think about Shelby Kimball. She knew it was too much to ask when suddenly five years ago Victoria's father sent her to Japan to save the company. Shelby wouldn't come with her, but now, she was coming home and prepared to do whatever it took to get another chance with Shelby.

lovely story

living in mountain region i found this story to be a lovely story. Mountains give off such wonderful energy and color. It was nice that this story picked up that.

Plot development was well written and it made sense throughout the story. The main characters were sweet and had chemistry and love. The narration was also well done!

Heart warming 2nd chance

Great book! Lots of spice. Great storyline. Loved how this book included the MCs from the first book. Lots of love and great friendships.

It was ok

Eh, this wasn't my favorite. It moved along slow & was really corny in spots. I didn't notice in the 1st book in the series, but the narrator was pretty annoying in this one. I think I'll skip book 3.

Slow paced story and underdeveloped characters.

The first book was better. This one dragged on. The characters were superficial and under developed. The dialog kept repeating the same ideas/issues over and over again which made the story continue to stall. I don't have an interest to continue to read the series.
