Words are powerful, and I hope the words in this book can help you put much into perspective to change your life for the better. Writing this book in 2020, during a global pandemic, helped me maintain my sanity.

Therapy Through Poetry touches on love, femininity, masculinity, racism, kindness, and encouragement. I want to encourage listeners to live their best lives through kindness, hope, and happiness. Life is too short, and we should try to enjoy it. Relax and let the poetry, including haikus, in this book inspire you!

An honest review

These poems are well written, the delivery is smooth and professional. While I don't concur with every word expressed by the author, I appreciate and respect the way the author has found his voice and is speaking his truth unapologetically. Doing so can be very therapeutic. We all have some truth to offer from our own unique perspectives and generally experience catharsis when we speak or write about what is truly on our hearts.
