Conflict defined my childhood and the way I experienced life, shaped by my birth. Coping with the challenges of unstable family dynamics, spousal abuse, and intergenerational trauma. The disappearance of one’s sense of self. Discovering resilience for survival. The story of a tumultuous life, told through the lens of resilience. Dealing with loss, love, and the fear of life. Imprisoned by dysfunction. Embarking on a path of self-discovery and transformation. My personal account explores complexities of life, searching for truth and strength. Confronting the shards of a shattered childhood. Exploring the intricacies of familial interactions. While striving to figure out how to make life function. I’ve altered the names to ensure the confidentiality of my family members.
