Eli refuses to believe, even though he sees the same things Quinlan sees. They've both seen Fand, as well as the Veilman's changeable personality.

So much has happened and things are about to get much more confusing for them. Fand's brother may be able to help. Then again, Lugh might be even closer than they believed.
