To Charm a Scarred Cowboy

Texas, 1889 - Daniel Honeycutt is no stranger to peril. His scars are proof. They frighten folks, which is why he prefers a solitary life on his ranch. His long days are a tad lonesome, but at least there’s no one around to judge him.

When he sees a girl on a runaway horse, Daniel forgets his scars. His quick thinking saves Molly Collins, and the chance meeting draws Daniel from his solitude.

Molly is unlike any other girl. Headstrong. Impossible. Aggravatingly beautiful. Daniel soon learns Molly is in danger, and he vows to protect her. Even if it means risking his stubborn heart.

Faith, Family, and Humor

Loved the storyline and the author’s sense of humor. I dislike the virtual voice, as the inflection isn’t always on point, and some words are just mispronounced.

virtual voice is hit and miss

I'm not sure if I'll get used to the virtual voice. There isn't any feeling with it. its sort of robotic. Since this included free with my membership, I'll continue to listen to them. I wouldn't purchase.

Tender sweet and funny.

Sweet story. Entertaining and often funny.
First time I have heard a Male virtual voice. Yes, a bit robotic but I still enjoyed it a lot.

Western, love story clean

This was a great western clean book! I enjoyed listening to this and how things were back then

Likable characters

Toward the end they just dropped the main protagonists storyline in favor of sub characters. Disappointed.
