found this series to be pretty good, intertwining characters from other books is a big likie.

Love these ghosts

The ghosts are brutal and creepy. Thom Bowers has the perfect voice for all the characters.

Ripley never disappoints

If you want scary ghost stories with excellent plots, Ripley’s your guy. His murderous ghosts have intense back stories, and some ghosts are quite lovable. Always extra special when Shane Ryan shows up. Thom Bowers is such a good narrator and I know which character is speaking even before he or she is identified. I especially enjoy Thom’s rendition of a crotchety older woman’s voice.
