I'm sold on trend following.

I think it's great in combination with other strategies that can complement TF (i.e., opposites with limited risk suxh as short option spreads). In other words, always cover your butt. As for the flow of the book, it's very dense and "academic" in nature (I found myself having to re-listen to several sections at 70% speed to follow it. Yes, I would recommend it, although listening to it is like being on a ship sailing into a thick fog...even tedious at times, testing my ability to stay focused before the obtuse language puts me to sleep. But there are enough gems here to make the effort worthwhile.

Enjoyable listen

This book had updated information as well as more in-depth interviews that built on previous books. No need to have read or listened to prior books however. There is some overlap. If you are looking for a trading strategy it’s not specific. If you are looking at philosophy then it’s for you

Best book on trend folowing

This is the best book on this subject I've read so far. It features phenomenal interviews with top experts in the field, each sharing their unique vision and style. The insights provided were incredibly helpful to me.
