The book has a lot of information that takes a minute to analyze. As a reader of this detailed book, I would appreciate more care taken with the words and facts. Accentuate the meaningful details with some timely pacing.

Otherwise, the book was great. The arguments are well thought out and present an interesting perspective on communication within the internet world.

I found this book very superficial. I expected more about the topic. Transparency is crucial to organizational culture and deserved a more structured approach.

Transparency Primer

This is an excellent primer on transparency. While not a comprehensive tone of insight, wisdom, methodologies or strategies to create transparency and live transparently in your own life, it introduces it beautifully and gives enough information to begin the journey

If, however, you're a seasoned executive with an understanding transparency and its necessity, you may find it a little light on.
