If I could give it less than one star, I would.

The audiobook is about 28 minutes long and only about four minutes of it are dedicated to “trend following.“ There is no education as to how to identify a trend, or what triggers are needed in order to follow that trend. It is just a bunch of nonsense that provides absolutely zero educational value to anyone. If you really want A book on trend following, purchase the audiobook of that same name by Michael Covel. The title states that you will “learn to make a fortune in both bowl or bear markets.” But there is absolutely nothing in the audiobook that tells you, or teaches, just how to do that. There are some duds on audible, but this one by far is the worst thing I have ever wasted my money on. I actually feel foolish for bothering.
