Twelve Days of Trauma

Former NYPD Detective Tim Jacobs takes his wife and his young daughter on a road trip on the brink of a snowstorm. They are on their way to visit his parents for Christmas, but they never arrive.

Tim has an unshakable feeling that something will go horribly wrong even before they set off. What happens is far worse than he could have imagined.

The tragedy that occurs sees grief-stricken Tim back in his investigator role, seeking justice.

Narration and audio quality sub par.

The narrator's voice is not what you'd expect from a character with his supposed background. Instead of sounding like a former detective, he sounds adolescent. His pacing is way off and the sound quality of parts of the recording is bad. And just to round things out, the writing is shallow and adolescent. I can't recommend this book.

A great short story

I enjoyed this audio book. It was a good story with great characters & a good plot. I won thisbook in a giveaway so a thumbs up. If you have not checked it out yet put it on your to read list.
