PETER MEHLMAN was writer and co-executive producer of Seinfeld and executive producer of It's Like, You Know..., which he also created. His work has appeared in Entertainment Weekly and the LA Times.

This piece was recorded at Un-Cabaret's series "Say the Word", featuring great comedy writers reading their own original first-person nonfiction at the Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles.
